Parking: Off-street parking is complimentary.

Cancellation Policy: Inn reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellation for Inn reservations within 6 days of arrival will forfeit 1 night's room and tax deposit Sunday through Thursday and full deposit for Friday and Saturday stays. All cancellation/deposit policies are subject to change over holiday and special events.

Deposit Policy:  Six days in prior to arrival your credit card will be charged for one night plus tax except that online reservations will be charged one night at the time of booking.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is at 3 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m.  The minimum check-in age at La Fiesta Ocean Inn & Suites is 21 years of age.

DeGraw will perform songs from his third studio album, SWEETER, including his platinum selling hit single “Not Over You,” and his just-released new single “Sweeter,” both co-written with OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder.  Gavin is scheduled to perform “Sweeter” on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on March 28^th.

Caillat’s set will include new songs plus material from all three of her albums:  COCO; BREAKTHROUGH; and her most recent, ALL OF YOU, which features the hit tracks “I Do,” “Brighter Than the Sun,” and “Favorite Song,” a duet with Common.  Caillat and Common will perform the track for the first time ever on Ellen on April 6^th.

Rock legends ZZ Top will perform at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Friday, June 8^th, along with 3 Doors Down and Gretchen Wilson.

Having the same members for over 40 years, ZZ Top has sold over 25 million albums in the U.S. alone. ZZ Top was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004. They reached the peak of their commercial success in the 1970s and 1980s, scoring many hit songs, but continue to tour and release albums. They are well known also for their trademark chest length beards, and sunglasses (a reference to their 1979 hit “Cheap Sunglasses”).

3 Doors Down rose to national fame with their first single, “Kryptonite”, which charted in the top three on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The band then signed onto Republic Records and released their debut album, The Better Life, in 2000 which has been certified 6x platinum in the United States. Their second album, Away from the Sun, (2002) debuted at #8 on the Billboard 200 chart and went multi-platinum in the United States. The band released Seventeen Days in 2005, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified platinum within its first month of release. Ringo Starr announced his 13th All Starr Band, which will launch June 14, 2012 from Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, Ontario and conclude July 21, 2012 at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, California. New to the All Starrs are Steve Lukather (Toto) and Gregg Rolie (Santana & Journey) who will join All Starr alumni Richard Page, Todd Rundgren, Mark Rivera, and Gregg Bissonette. The tour will stop at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Friday, June 29^th.

The tour is being produced by Dave Hart and as always fans can expect to hear a jukebox worth of hits. Ringo classic’s such as “It Don’t Come Easy”, “Photograph”, “Little Help From My Friends”, “Yellow Submarine” and “Wings,” from Starr’s just released 17th solo record, Ringo 2012 (Hip-O/Ume). The Grammy Award winning American rock band Train will kick off their first US tour in support of the group’s new studio album, California 37 (released yesterday).  The tour kicks off on July 26 at the Time Warner Center in Charlotte NC, with support Mat Kearney and Andy Grammer on select dates of the tour. In addition, the band are supporting the release of California 37 with a variety of select national television appearances (including a weeklong residency as house band on “Rachael Ray”) and the launch of “California 37,” the third varietal from Train’s award-winning Save Me, San Francisco Wine Company.

 

The much awaited successor to 2009′s multi-platinum Save Me, San Francisco (which showcased 2010′s “Hey, Soul Sister,” the top-selling song of 2010), California 37 is available everywhere now.

 

Train recorded California 37 in San Francisco and Los Angeles with Butch Walker and Espionage producing.  

 

Released as a digital download in January, “Drive By” has become Train’s latest bona fide international sensation and is top 5 across the world and #1 in Germany, Netherlands, Finland, India, New Zealand and Switzerland.  In the US the record’s currently top 10 at iTunes and  #13 on the Billboard Hot 100. “Drive By” has already sold over 1.5 downloads worldwide.

La Fiesta Ocean Inn & Suites opened as “La Fiesta Motor Lodge,” one of the first Inn's on St. Augustine Beach. The design replicated old Spanish architecture, which included stucco and clay tile roofing. Guests continue to admire the authentic historic style on Florida's historic coast, as well as state of the art amenities. One of the most prominent features of the inn is the large 60 foot heated swimming pool, which is still known as the largest pool in the area.

In the 1960’s La Fiesta Motor Lodge and the adjacent beachfront home were traded for a fleet of shrimp boats. The local boat builder, who traded the shrimp boats for the property, operated the inn for about a year and then sold it. Although he sold the inn, his family currently still owns the oceanfront estate located next door.

The first addition to La Fiesta took place in the mid 1980’s when eight ocean view rooms were constructed at the east end the hotel. Using high-quality construction techniques, the owners Ben & Dee La Mendola along with their daughter Kim, were able to maintain the Spanish style, while enhancing the size and features of the rooms. The third addition was completed in 1999, when the La Mendola’s increased the property by eight suites, five of the popular suites have two-levels, along with gas fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs and stunning ocean views.

Rich & Lauren O’Brien, the current owners of the La Fiesta Inn & Suites, met in 2001 at the La Fiesta pool while Lauren was visiting her family, who owns the adjacent property and oceanfront home. They married in 2003 and since then have completed a long list of improvements to the inn, providing guests with the most modern amenities and award-winning gardens for guest to enjoy.

You will enjoy Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf, which is located next to La Fiesta Inn & Suites. The prized 18-hole miniature golf course opened in the late 1980’s and is known for its extensive water features, ocean views and 65 foot Spanish ship in the lagoon.

In 2005 Rich & Lauren also purchased the next door bed and breakfast at 1 F Street, which they operate today as Beachfront Bed & Breakfast.
